But we promised Terry Morris, managing director of Pan Macmillan, that none of you would do such a thing. And in turn, she’s agreed to come and talk at our next monthly workshop on 9 September, about books and publishing, and, of course, answer any questions you might have.
You can show off your writing prowess, though, as the evening will start with a writing exercise with feedback from Richard and Jo-Anne.
The evening starts at 6.45 for 7pm at Croft and Co in Tyrone Ave, Parkview. On arrival we’ll serve something light to eat and you’ll be able to order a cappuccino, tea or soft drink or pour a glass of wine. We’ll take further drinks orders midway through the evening and serve something sweet. (Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.)
The cost of the evening is R250. Please email Helen to reserve a place, as numbers are limited.
