Virtual Creative Writing Course – Cape Town group

Learn the skills you need to write a novel, short stories or creative non-fiction – biography or memoir.

Jo-Anne will offer her now famous face-to-face Creative Writing Course as usual from 1 June.

At this stage, it looks unlikely restrictions will allow us to offer it in our Plumstead venue, but she will teach this course to Capetonians every Monday and Thursday evening (for five weeks) –  through video conferencing.

You will still learn in real time from a tutor you can engage with. There will still be discussion, chat, and feedback – and notes to keep afterwards.

And don’t worry, we can easily set you up, no matter how technophobic you think you are. We’ll patiently talk you through it. It’s a very simple process. All you need is a reliable internet connection.

Early bird discount available now until mid-May.

If at any stage restrictions allow us to meet in small gropus, our teaching venue will be thoroughly disinfected after each use, and no-one will be permitted entry without first sanitising.

Whatever happens, we will hold a get-together as soon as it is deemed safe to do so, to maintain the close connections we will have formed during the course.

Payment plan available. If you prefer, you may also pay in two or three monthly tranches. Please email us to arrange.
