Cathy is a writer and editor who lives in Cape Town. She was a participant on our Creative Writing Course, and began her memoir in our Mentoring Programme.
Boiling a Frog Slowly is a searing tale of physical and emotional abuse – but ultimately a story of survival and strength.
Cathy’s first book, Inside Outside, an account of her experiences teaching juvenile offenders, was quoted extensively by the (then) Minister of Correctional Services in a speech.
